General Terms and Conditions – Eagle Airport Transfer

1. Scope of Services
Eagle Airport Transfer provides private airport transfer and airport shuttle services to and from major airports, cities, and military bases across Germany. Services include scheduled point-to-point transportation for individual and group passengers.
2. Booking & Confirmation
Bookings can be made via our online form, email, or by phone. A booking is considered confirmed only after written confirmation is issued by Eagle Airport Transfer. Please review all booking details carefully.
3. Prices & Payment
All fares are fixed at the time of booking and include VAT, tolls, fuel, and base access where applicable. Payments can be made online or in cash directly to the driver. Prices may vary based on distance, vehicle size, or additional services requested.
4. Waiting Time & Flight Delays
We understand travel is unpredictable — that’s why we do not charge waiting fees for airport pickups.
- Flight delays are monitored in real-time, and your driver will adjust accordingly.
- We also allow reasonable waiting time at pickup locations at no additional cost.
If there are excessive delays unrelated to your flight (e.g., customs delays over 60 minutes), additional fees may apply, which will be communicated transparently.
5. Cancellations & Rebooking
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup.
- Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% fee.
- No-shows or cancellations less than 4 hours before the pickup are subject to 100% of the fare.
- Rebookings are possible depending on availability. Please contact us as early as possible to make changes.
6. Luggage
Each passenger may bring 1 standard suitcase and 1 carry-on. Oversized or additional luggage must be declared in advance. We reserve the right to refuse transport for undeclared excess luggage or prohibited items.
7. Base Access & Military Transport
Our drivers have authorized base access for pickups and drop-offs at U.S. military installations such as Ramstein, Sembach, and Baumholder. This ensures secure, convenient, and direct access to your location.
8. Responsibilities & Liability
We are committed to safety and punctuality. However, Eagle Airport Transfer is not liable for delays caused by force majeure (e.g., road closures, weather, traffic accidents). Passengers are responsible for ensuring they have sufficient travel time before their flights.
9. Conduct & Safety
Seat belts are mandatory. Passengers must follow the driver’s instructions. Smoking, alcohol, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited in all vehicles. Any damage caused by the passenger will be charged accordingly.
